Get Switzerland moving – children and families

#loop_it shows children, families, and everyone else who enjoys exercise how to do sport at home. You can find clever ideas for exercise and fitness training at home, and for exercise during study breaks, on a specially created YouTube channel. New videos are uploaded all the time.
#loop_it collects clever ideas and inspiration for activities and simple exercises to help you move and relax, as well as to compensate for missing PE lessons in school or keeping up with your own fitness regime. The exercises are just as good for an active break when working at home.

How does it work? It’s quite simple! Loop_it is self-explanatory:

Do you have an idea of your own, or a workout, and would you like to inspire others? Then make your own video and send it to or share your exercises with #loop_it.

The #loop_it campaign was launched by the city of Zurich’s Office of Sport and is sponsored by various national and cantonal institutions, including the Federal Office of Sport (BASPO) and Swissolympic, the umbrella body for sporting associations.
